概要
LOTO ORACLE は Fuji Bit Inc. が提供するロト6 / ロト7 / ミニロト 予想アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおけるユーザーデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
データ収集
本アプリ自体はユーザーの個人情報をサーバーに送信・保存しません。アカウント登録・ログインはありません。以下のデータのみ端末内にローカル保存します:
- ユーザーが入力した Claude API キー（iOS: UserDefaults / Android: SharedPreferences）
- 「極秘のアルゴリズム」アプリ内課金の購入状態（iOS: StoreKit 2 / Android: Google Play Billing 管理）
これらは他人や外部サーバーに送信されません。
外部通信
本アプリは以下のサービスと通信します:
- 当選履歴の取得: ロト6 は mk-mode.com (LOTO6_ALL.csv) および loto6.thekyo.jp、ロト7 は mk-mode.com (LOTO7_ALL.csv)、ミニロト は mk-mode.com (MINILOTO_ALL.csv) の公開 CSV データを取得します。個人情報の送信はありません。
- Claude API (Anthropic): ユーザーがアプリ内で API キーを設定した場合のみ、予想結果と統計サマリーを
api.anthropic.comに送信して AI 解説コメントを取得します。API キー未設定時はこの通信は発生しません。Anthropic プライバシーポリシー - アプリ内課金: 「極秘のアルゴリズム」のアンロック処理に Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing を使用します。決済情報は Apple / Google が直接処理し、本アプリは取引 ID とアンロック状態のみを参照します。
広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは広告表示のため Google AdMob を使用しています。AdMob は Google のプライバシーポリシーに従ってデータを収集・使用する場合があります。
iOS では、広告のパーソナライズに関するトラッキングを行う前に Apple の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）フレームワークを通じて許可を求めます。許可しない場合でもアプリの機能に影響はなく、非パーソナライズ広告が表示されます。
AdMob は広告のパーソナライズのために端末識別子（IDFA / 広告 ID）や一般的な位置情報を使用する場合があります。パーソナライズ広告は端末の設定からオプトアウトできます:
- iOS: 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング
- Android: 設定 > Google > 広告
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリはロト6 / ロト7 / ミニロト（日本国内で 18 歳未満の購入が禁止されている宝くじ）を題材にしたエンターテインメントアプリであり、お子様のデータを意図的に収集することはありません。広告コンテンツは年齢に適したものにフィルタリングされています。

Overview
LOTO ORACLE is a Loto 6 / Loto 7 / Mini Loto prediction app provided by Fuji Bit Inc. This privacy policy explains how the app handles user data.
Data Collection
The app itself does not transmit or store personal information on any server. There is no account registration or login. The following data is stored locally on your device only:
- The Claude API key you enter (iOS: UserDefaults / Android: SharedPreferences)
- Purchase state for the "Top Secret Algorithm" in-app purchase (managed by iOS StoreKit 2 / Android Google Play Billing)
This data is never sent to third parties or external servers.
Network Communication
The app connects to the following services:
- Draw history fetch: For Loto 6, public CSV data from mk-mode.com (LOTO6_ALL.csv) and loto6.thekyo.jp. For Loto 7, public CSV data from mk-mode.com (LOTO7_ALL.csv). For Mini Loto, public CSV data from mk-mode.com (MINILOTO_ALL.csv). No personal information is transmitted.
- Claude API (Anthropic): Only when you configure an API key in the app, your generated predictions and statistics summary are sent to
api.anthropic.comto fetch an AI commentary. If no API key is set, no such request is made. Anthropic Privacy Policy - In-App Purchase: The "Top Secret Algorithm" unlock uses Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing. Payment information is handled directly by Apple / Google; the app only sees the transaction ID and unlock state.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
On iOS, the app requests permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any ad-personalization tracking. You can decline without affecting app functionality; non-personalized ads will be shown instead.
AdMob may use device identifiers (IDFA / advertising ID) and general location data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads
Children's Privacy
This app is themed around Loto 6 / Loto 7 / Mini Loto (Japanese lotteries restricted to users 18 and over in Japan) and does not knowingly collect data from children. Ad content is filtered to be age-appropriate.
